Orders below HK$200, shipping fee is HK$19 for shipping to door/pick up points.

Orders above HK$200 are eligible for our free shipping to door or pick up points(below HK$500 order only).

Orders above HK$500 are eligible for our free shipping to door.

For Macau,

Orders below HK$200, shipping fee is HK$25 to door.

Orders above HK$200 are eligible for our free shipping to door.

We ship to Hong Kong and Macau.

For Hong Kong, we offer ship to door (any order) or SF express pick up points (for order below $500 only). 
Ship to door area restriction:
We do not make deliveries to the restricted districts and areas that couriers cannot access. For shipping above HK$500, we do not deliver to these areas:

We do not support change of delivery details unless in special condition. 

However, if there is any discrepancy of delivery details, you should notice Nextfood as soon as possible by Contact Us

We are not responsible for any loss or disability to send the parcel due to incorrect delivery details.

The courier will call you before delivering to your address. 

If you do not pick up the call, they may put the parcel in SF pick up point/ arrange another delivery/ drop in property management office under mutual consent. 

If any of the above trials is in vain, the parcel will send back to Nextfood, Nextfood can arrange another delivery but you would need to bear the full fee of the second delivery.

The storage duration for all the pick up points is 30 hours. (in case any difference, please take SF express info as official.)

After 30 hours, SF express will take back the parcel. Please contact us in case this happens, Nextfood can arrange another delivery but you would need to bear the full fee of the second delivery.
