If you do not pick up the call, they may put the parcel in SF pick up point/ arrange another delivery/ drop in property management office under mutual consent.
If any of the above trials is in vain, the parcel will send back to Nextfood, Nextfood can arrange another delivery but you would need to bear the full feeof the second delivery.
The storage duration for all the pick up points is 30 hours. (in case any difference, please take SF express info as official.)
After 30 hours, SF express will take back the parcel. Please contact us in case this happens, Nextfood can arrange another delivery but you would need to bear the full fee of the second delivery.
